New capability delivers access to 100+ ecommerce, marketplace, retail and social commerce integrations through a single operating layer

IFGlobal has expanded the capabilities of its proprietary BladePRO fulfilment software with the launch of BladePRO Connect, a new multi-channel connectivity capability that marks the next stage in the company's vision to create a more connected operational infrastructure for ecommerce brands.

As brands increasingly diversify across marketplaces, retail channels and social commerce platforms, operational complexity can quickly become a barrier to growth. Disconnected systems, fragmented reporting and manual processes often create inefficiencies that become harder to manage as businesses scale.

BladePRO was built to solve that challenge. More than a traditional warehouse management system, BladePRO acts as a Fulfilment Operating System, bringing together sales channels, inventory visibility, order management and reporting through a single operating layer. The platform provides brands with the visibility and control needed to scale efficiently as complexity increases.

BladePRO Connect extends those capabilities further by supporting more than 100 integrations across ecommerce, marketplace, retail and social commerce platforms, allowing brands to connect and manage multiple routes to market through one operational platform.

As commerce continues to evolve, brands are increasingly selling across platforms including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, retail marketplaces and wholesale networks. BladePRO Connect enables brands to synchronise inventory, automate order flows and maintain a unified view of operations regardless of where orders originate.

"The reality is that growth today is inherently multi-channel, but complexity shouldn't scale alongside it," said Finn Scott, Product Manager at IFGlobal.

"BladePRO has always been designed to provide brands with a single operational view of their business. BladePRO Connect extends that capability, bringing more than 100 channels and marketplaces into one connected platform so brands can expand without losing visibility or control."

By creating connections between channels, inventory, fulfilment and reporting, BladePRO delivers a range of operational and commercial benefits, including:

  • Access to more than 100 ecommerce, marketplace, retail and social commerce integrations

  • Faster entry into new marketplaces and sales channels

  • Greater inventory accuracy and visibility across multiple platforms

  • Improved operational reporting and business intelligence

  • Reduced manual processes and system administration

  • Scalable infrastructure that grows alongside the business

  • Stronger control as channel complexity increases

The enhanced connectivity capabilities also strengthen support for emerging commerce models, including social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, helping brands respond more effectively to demand spikes while maintaining fulfilment performance and customer experience.

"This is another important milestone in the evolution of BladePRO," said James Bartlett, Chief Executive Officer at IFGlobal.

"Modern brands need more than warehousing and logistics. They need infrastructure. Our vision for BladePRO has always been to create the Fulfilment Operating System that sits at the centre of commerce operations, connecting channels, inventory, fulfilment and reporting into a single source of operational truth.

"BladePRO Connect is another significant step in that journey, helping brands scale without adding unnecessary complexity."

The new capability is available to IFGlobal clients as part of the company's ongoing investment in BladePRO and its wider commitment to technology-led fulfilment solutions that support long-term ecommerce growth.
