One warehouse, multiple roadblocks

In the early days, Manta Sleep fulfilled all UK and EU orders from a single US-based warehouse managed by a 3PL.

While this setup worked efficiently for customers in the US, it wasn’t built to handle the complexities of cross-border fulfilment.

As international demand grew, cracks in the model began to show, particularly in Europe.

Manta Sleep was assigned a dedicated account manager to guide the onboarding and handle support tickets throughout the transition.

  • Reduced delivery time - Shipping to UK customers now takes just 2 days, down from up to 3 weeks previously.
  • Revenue growth - UK revenue quadrupled from 2022 to 2024. Fast, stable shipping played a key role in that success.
