After more than two decades helping ecommerce brands scale, something had to evolve. Not our values. Not the care we bring to every partnership. But the way we show up in the world.
Fulfilment has changed. So have we. We have become IFGlobal.
This isn’t just a rebrand. It’s a reflection of the scale we’ve grown into and the ambitions we’re setting our sights on next.
I-Fulfilment was built from the ground up by our CEO, James Bartlett, who started with two ecommerce brands and a warehouse to support them. That hands-on experience since the beginning shaped the way we think, operate, and partner with our clients to this day.
Now, we support fast-scaling brands across categories, geographies, and business models. We’ve built a global fulfilment ecosystem to solve more than just logistic problems. We’re helping brands unlock real growth, from scalable global growth to fulfilment software and warehouse optimisation, to marketplace performance.
Why the change from I-Fulfilment to IFGlobal?
We didn’t wake up one day and decide to rebrand. This is the result of 20+ years of growth and the reality that ‘I-Fulfilment’ no longer told the full story.
Today, we’re not just a 3PL. We’re a global growth partner to fast-scaling brands across categories like beauty and cosmetics, health and wellness, and luxury consumer goods. We support complex requirements, deliver flexible value-added services, and operate across international borders.
That evolution needed a new identity. One that reflects:
