Big ambition, slow operations
Relish was scaling fast across DTC, B2B, and major marketplaces like Amazon, but their 3PL couldn’t keep up. Service levels slipped. Volumes backed up. Communication broke down. And fulfilment in the US became the weak link in their supply chain.

Our previous supplier struggled around service levels and with our mix of business of both B2B and B2C orders, they simply couldn’t cope with the volumes, particularly in the run-up to Christmas, which is a busy time for us.

- Expanded US operations into our Virginia and Las Vegas sites

Relish is now unlocking new markets, strengthening their brand, and building a more resilient, scalable operation.
Next up: expansion into Australia, Canada, and beyond. All while reducing reliance on Amazon and deepening their brand experience.

IFGlobal manage all our global stock. We are fully embedded and have already seen remarkable improvements in speed and communication.
Our dedicated account manager was instrumental in overcoming these obstacles for us. Moving forwards, we’re also now exploring ways to enhance and rework our electronic products to reduce waste, particularly for our Amazon business.
