A message from our CEO - From milestones to momentum: Reflecting on 2025, ready for 2026
As 2025 comes to a close, I’m proud to reflect on what has been a landmark year for IFGlobal.
From rebranding and expanding our global footprint to evolving our technology and people, we’ve continued to build momentum in helping ambitious brands scale with confidence.
This year, we officially became IFGlobal. A name that embodies our ambition and readiness to operate at a global scale. It signals more than a new identity. It’s a statement about how we think, operate, and aim higher in every aspect of our business.
Across the pond, we celebrated ten years of helping brands scale in the US, capped off by the opening of our new, fully-owned Las Vegas fulfilment centre. Coast-to-coast coverage, faster deliveries, and increased capacity for growing brands have strengthened our position as a scalable partner for ambitious businesses.
And our technology keeps pace with our ambition. BladePRO has received multiple updates this year, making our fulfilment operations smarter and more scalable. We’ve also doubled down on our customer-first approach, really deepening our understanding into what our clients need and delivering the advancements that add the greatest value to their business. With onboarding times down by 33%, new clients are seeing those benefits and results, experiencing the impact of our services sooner than ever before.
We also activated Peak mode, delivering a robust support campaign with our Peak Readiness Playbook, webinars and articles, helping brands stay in control across Q4. I’m proud to say it’s paying off, with 90% of our clients stating they would recommend IFGlobal to another brand. Add in Live Chat support functionality, faster ticket resolution, and more strategic growth guidance, and it’s clear our client experience keeps getting stronger.
Amplifi, our in-house Amazon growth agency, had a triumphant reawakening this year, fully repositioned and ready to help brands win on the world’s largest online marketplace. And our Solutions Partner Programme continues to expand our ecosystem, with trusted partners onboard like Yuzu, Impact Evolve, and Taxually, creating even more value for our clients.
Behind the scenes, we’ve celebrated milestones with our growing team, and committed to giving back to the community by supporting local charities and initiatives such as Autism Unlimited and MyTime Young Carers. A particular highlight was being named Employer of the Year 2025 by Seetec Plus, recognising our dedication to creating opportunities and removing barriers for individuals entering, or re-entering, into the workforce.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re accelerating growth and innovation even further.
Project Polaris, a crucial and game-changing initiative, will elevate our performance and quality standards, integrating advanced KPIs and AI-driven insights into BladePRO. This will enhance operational efficiency, aid in early-detection and proactive resolution, and deliver consistent service excellence worldwide.
We’ll continue to invest in our people, technology and processes, making sure we not only meet the demands of a global market but exceed the expectations of our clients - not just at peak, but all year round.
IFGlobal has always been about growth, continuous improvement and delivering an ecosystem of services that help our clients thrive. We wouldn’t be where we are today, more than 23 years later, without that mindset and approach.
Finally, a huge thank you to our team across the globe. For those who go above and beyond to deliver for our clients. For those who innovate, problem-solve, and keep us moving forward. Technology and infrastructure evolve, but it’s our people who make IFGlobal truly special.
This year was about laying strong foundations for our next phase of growth. 2026 is about building on them and creating even greater impact.
Here’s to another year of partnership, innovation, and success.
Wishing you all a wonderful festive season and New Year.
