James Bartlett is the CEO of IFGlobal and a seasoned ecommerce and fulfilment leader. He founded the business after building and scaling two of his own ecommerce brands, initially creating warehousing and fulfilment capability to support their growth. That first-hand experience of the operational pressures faced by scaling brands shaped IFGlobal’s customer-centric, partnership-led approach.
