SURI was founded to rethink oral care for people and the planet, with high-performing everyday essentials designed for life. Combining sonic toothbrush technology with a more future-focused approach to our daily routines, the brand quickly built a loyal customer base through its premium product design, subscription model and direct-to-consumer experience.

Since launching in 2022, SURI has experienced rapid growth across ecommerce, subscriptions and retail partnerships. But with that growth came increasing operational complexity, from recurring subscription fulfilment and fast-moving inventory management to product launches, influencer campaigns and peak trading periods.

From the beginning, the leadership team recognised that customer experience would be critical to the brand’s long-term success. Rather than treating fulfilment as a back-office function to solve later, the team saw it as a foundational part of their future growth strategy.

Ambition outpaced infrastructure

For many founders, operational scale becomes a future problem. For SURI, scale was built into the vision from the start.

Rather than building fulfilment infrastructure internally, SURI wanted the freedom to focus on brand, product innovation and growth strategy without becoming distracted by operational complexity.

Scalable fulfilment

SURI's subscription model is a key driver of customer retention and recurring revenue, bringing additional operational complexity from the outset.

To support this, IFGlobal implemented tailored subscription fulfilment processes and a letterbox-friendly shipping solution that kept delivery costs commercially viable while maintaining a strong customer experience.

The value of the partnership became especially clear during SURI’s largest peak trading period in 2025. During a critical manufacturing transition, IFGlobal rapidly processed urgent inbound deliveries to help prevent stockouts during peak demand.

Michelle explains:

“A major challenge was the transition to a new manufacturer with delays extending into the peak blackout period. Without IFGlobal’s support, we would have faced significant out-of-stocks and missed revenue.”

Instead, quick turnaround times on last-minute inventory helped SURI maximise peak trading performance while protecting the customer experience.

Growth

Expansion into B2B retail

Having worked with SURI since the beginning, we helped them scale into the B2B retail market. In November 2025. we took full ownership of the brand’s end-to-end B2B retailer order management through our Fulfilment Admin Support service.

As of May 2026, we've successfully managed 125 retailer orders for SURI, of which 77 were fulfilled for Boots specifically, achieving 98.70% OTIF (On Time In Full) alongside 100% SLA (Service Level Agreement) achievement.

To provide complete transparency and visibility throughout the process, IFGlobal and SURI operate a shared tracker covering all retailer orders managed through the partnership.

As part of the end-to-end retailer management process, we:

  • Book goods-in directly with Boots

  • Produce retailer-specific documentation

  • Apply the correct pallet labelling for both Boots store and Boots.com orders

  • Coordinate courier arrangements when required

The is another example of how our partnership is continuing to evolve beyond logistics support into a fully integrated operational relationship.
